MOT test classes IV, V & VII

At Meadowpark garage, we can test vehicles classes 4,5 & 7 at our MOT testing bay, this includes cars, vans and passenger vehicles.
During your MOT, we’ll check your vehicle identification number, registration plate, lights, steering and suspension, wipers and washer bottle, windscreen, horn, seatbelts, seats, fuel system, emissions, bodywork and doors, mirrors, wheels, tyres and your break.

MOT test classes I & II – Motorcycles

We are also able to test motorbikes classes 1 and 2 at our garage in Bathgate. We specialise in providing MOT testing for motorcycles where we’ll check your lights, steering, suspension, tyres and wheels, frame, brakes, fuel and exhaust system leaks, wheel alignment, sidecars, body and structure, horn, registration plates, vehicle identification and frame number.
We’ll check that each component adheres to the DVSA safety and environmental standards. Your MOT certificate states that at the time of the test your vehicle is roadworthy but does not mean your vehicle is so for the length of the certificate (1 year).

Our designated test bay at Meadowpark Garage contains a range of specialised equipment to make sure we provide all the relevant checks on your vehicle. On a successful MOT test, we’ll issue you with a new MOT test certificate to take away with you.
If your vehicle has failed the MOT test, we’ll give you a failure document detailing the issues that have been found and what needs to be done in order to get your vehicle to pass on a retest. We’ll run through the details with you and do a retest within 10 working days if you get your repairs done at Meadowpark Garage.
